ASA PETG HIPS cast film extrusion line

ASA resin film, also known as ASA ultra-weatherproof functional film, has long-lasting bright color, excellent weatherproof, chemical corrosion resistance and self-cleaning. It can be used in the fields of synthetic resin tile, color steel tile, decorative board and other building materials.

The production process of ASA resin film is mainly extrusion traction and stretch forming. The equipment consists of screw extruder (single and double), die, three roll calender, cooling unit and winding device.

After drying, heating, melting, moulding, pressing, cooling, film winding and other processes, ASA resin particles produced film products with thickness of 8-15 wires (80-150 um).
